Long Hurdle Training features training tips, methods, and drills for one of the toughest racing events in track & field—the long hurdles. The DVD discusses the fact that the single most important aspect of a long hurdler’s workout is interval training, as well as points out the four interval training variables that can be manipulated to achieve the desired outcome. The DVD also reviews the two basic styles of hurdling and details three basic indexes (speed, power, technique) that coaches should employ when they’re evaluating their hurdlers.
