Doug Soles - Great Oak High School - Secrets to Success

Doug Soles, head cross country and track and field coach at Great Oak High School in California, has created a powerhouse distance running program. Over the past few seasons, Soles' squad has earned a national reputation both in cross country and on the track. His boys cross country team won the Nike Cross Nationals title in 2015, while finishing second in 2018. His girls cross country team earned three top three finishes at Nike Cross Nationals, finishing second in 2014 and third place in 2015 and 2016.
