In episode 6 of Meb Minutes, we caught up with Meb one week after the NYC Half Marathon for his first post-race workout. His approach to the race is a unique one for many, but a trend that we have seen throughout this series. When asked what he will do, Meb responded with, “Intervals, or a long tempo, or something else. It all depends on how my body feels.”
Meb once again shows us the importance of listening to your body and being flexible with the exact training you do on any given day in order to stay healthy.
