In this video, Meb provides the first half of his pre-run warm-up routine, stretches. This routine is part of “the small things” that Meb does to prevent injury. Meb stretches up to four times per day in order stay flexible, pliable and injury-free while preparing for his next workout session. Meb’s stretching routine has been adopted from the Wharton Performance Active Isolated Flexibility Routine.
