Mike Smith - Northern Arizona University - Coach to Coach

As one of the most accomplished distance coaches in NCAA history, Mike Smith has transformed the Northern Arizona University men's cross country team from being a perennial top ten challenger into a national powerhouse, having won NCAA Cross Country Championship titles in 2016, 2017 and 2018, while his squad finished second in 2019.
