Femi Akinsanya - U.K. Junior National Team - Secrets to Success

Femi Akinsanya is a former U.K. national champion who has coached junior national teams to individuals such as Olympic silver medalist and WC gold medalist Phillips Idowu. We caught up with him at the world junior championships in Eugene, OR this summer. He talked with us about is own experiences in the jumps and how to prepare young athletes for a major championship.
