Peter Thompson - Spirit of Oregon - Secrets to Success

Peter Thompson's presence in the running world has spanned decades. He has coached world record holder and Olympic gold medalist Daley Thompson, in the states at the University of Oregon, and in Europe working with the IAAF. He also worked with Nike early on. He now coaches Spirit of Oregon in Eugene and is involved with Hoka One One. We caught up with him for a few minutes at the World Junior Championships. He shared some of his valuable coaching wisdom and philosophies.
