Since 2003, Frank's Central Catholic squad has finished in the top two at the state meet every year except 2004 (fourth), with 10 titles (2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016) and three runner-up finishes (2008, 2010, 2011).
